Ezra's first day on the job appears to have gone pretty well. He even had his binky ready for a pick-me-up since he's not allowed to drink coffee just yet.

First Dip in the Pool

Yesterday Ezra took his first swim in my Mom's pool. He was a bit hesitant about putting his toes in the cold water at first, but after a while he got used to it. He went in up to his chest and loved kicking and splashing. I think he's going to be a water baby!

This post is a bit late. This is Ezra with his au pair Veronica. She is here from Colombia for a year living with us and helping with Ezra. She has already become one of the family, and we feel so lucky to have found her.

El Gordito

Went to the doctor this week for another checkup and some shots. Ezra weighed in at 13 pounds 11 ounces. A little over twice his birth weight. He's fat & happy. New development is laughter. You can not predict yet what will make him laugh, but he is pretty amused by life right now. New pictures will be up hopefully this weekend.
